Qualifications and Experience:

• REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Must have at least COSH and LCM Certification
• Background and knowledge in OHS Law of the Philippines. (Take note familiar in update OHS Law of the Philippines)
• Must have experience initiating and supervising safety and health training for employees
• Experience in preparing and submitting the necessary regulatory compliance to DOLE (WAIR, AEDR, AMR, RSO MOM)
• Must have good communication skills
• Amenable to work in Clark Pampanga

Job Descriptions

• Conduct safety inspections using DCI-SIC forms and issue Safety Notice Reports (DCI-SNR) for health and safety non-compliances in line with OSH standards.
• Exercise authority to stop work in cases of imminent danger to workers, property, or the environment.
• Monitor contractor compliance with OSHS Rule 1050 on accident/illness notification and recordkeeping.
• Lead independent incident/accident investigations and prepare Incident Reports (DCI-INR) for client submission.
• Oversee the establishment and operation of contractors' Construction Safety, Health, and Environmental Committees, serving as a consultant when needed.
• Attend Construction Safety and Health Committee meetings at the project site.
• Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) and provide safety orientations to DCI CPMT on identified hazards and preventive measures.
