
Accounting Assistant

Primary Functions:
1. Accounting Records & Journals of SLLI Global Marketing, Inc.
o Record detailed transactions in the following books:
o Check Logbook
o Cash Receipt Book
o Cash Disbursement Book
o General Journal of SLLI GMI
2. Liquidation Processing
o Handle liquidation of all Due From Officers and Employees accounts and Cash Advances.
Secondary Functions:
1. Document Management
o Filing, safekeeping, and organizing of accounting documents for easy retrieval and compliance.
2. Accounts Payable & Commission Processing
o Prepare Accounts Payable Vouchers for agents' commissions.
o Send emails of AP vouchers for BDO Business Online Banking (BOB) as back-up support.
3. Check Logbook (Borbon Accounts)
o Maintain and update the check logbook for Borbon accounts.
4. Mailing & Notices
o Send registered mail via the post office, including:
o Amortization reminders/notices for SLLI GMI buyers.
o Notices to Borbon account buyers regarding their monthly amortization balances.
Qualifications:
o Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
o At least 1 year of experience in the accounting field.
o Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with basic accounting systems.
o Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
o Trustworthy in handling confidential and financial information.
o Good communication and coordination skills.
