District Sales Supervisor

Role:
- To oversee, coach monitor Sales Executives to ensure sales achievement in accordance to targets set.
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate markets & achieve company goals.
- To promote & sell SOMI products, to seek leads, arrange & do client meetings.
- Submit reports & adhere to company policies.
- Maintain a positive attitude within sales team that promotes teamwork and a favorable image of the company.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering(Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Excellent supervisorial skills, expert in negotiation skills, proficient skill in computer for business presentation, proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Preferably with 2 years & above Supervisory experienced specializing in Sales or equivalent
- with at least 2 years of field sales experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
