Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing training on customs clearance processes, customer service standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Evaluate team performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate inventory records, and minimal losses.
  • Coordinate with warehouse managers to ensure the safe storage and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Generate regular reports on warehouse operation.
  • Maintain records of all shipments, customs declarations, and compliance documents for future reference and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for improving warehouse processes and customer service to increase operational efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for customer processing and clearance to streamline workflows, reduce delays, and improve customer experience.

Requirements:

· 5+ years experience running warehouse operations

· Computer Literate including all Microsoft Office 365 applications

· Microsoft Teams experience a plus

· ERP and inventory software knowledge

· College Graduate

· Drivers license with own vehicle

· Able to manage and travel to multi warehouse site locations

Job Type: Full-time
