Job description:

I. OVERVIEW, ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, REQUIREMENTS

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Perform minor repairs.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Receive messages or documents to be delivered and information on recipients, such as names, addresses, telephone/mobile numbers, and delivery instructions.
• Walk, ride motorcycle, or use public conveyances to reach destinations to deliver messages or documents.
• Sort documents to be delivered.
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivering document. Provide assistance to warehouse personnel when necessary (e.g. shipments, events, maintenance, stocking, labeling of products, preparing of products for delivery etc.).
• Provide assistance to office personnel when necessary.
• Manage regular attendance.
• Other tasks that may be assigned by management.
