Job Summary

The Electrical / Mechanical Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of electrical and mechanical systems, equipment, and processes to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and mechanical systems of production equipment and facilities.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in equipment installation, modification, and commissioning.
  • Analyze equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and company policies.
  • Support continuous improvement, process optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and work instructions.
  • Support audits, equipment validation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
  • At least 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and basic automation systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
