Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of assets, liabilities, income, and expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and government requirements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, BIR reports, and other government-mandated submissions.
  • Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management for decision-making.
  • Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a related role is a Plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
