About the role

At Super Candy Corporation, we are seeking a dedicated Production Helper to join our dynamic team. As a Production Helper, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient and high-quality production of our delicious candy products. This is a full-time position based in our Caloocan City, Metro Manila facility.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting with various production tasks, such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
  2. Performing basic assembly and packaging duties to ensure the timely and accurate completion of orders
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to uphold our high standards of food safety and quality
  4. Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Following all safety protocols and regulations to protect yourself and your colleagues
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Basic knowledge of manufacturing or assembly processes
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
  4. Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the role

  6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team
