Call Center Supervisor

Qualifications:
- College graduate with a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor
- Strong computer skills, including advanced MS Office proficiency
- Excellent people management and performance coaching skills
- Strong crisis management, communication, and follow-through abilities
- Amenable to onsite/hybrid work near Cebu IT Park
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 15–25 Customer Service Associates
- Monitor and track CSR performance and conduct follow-up training
- Coordinate team needs to ensure optimal customer service delivery
- Escalate service or process-related issues to the Senior Operations Manager
- Conduct team trainings and ensure information is up to date
- Collaborate with internal and external departments
- Investigate issues based on customer and company procedures
- Initiate and document disciplinary actions when necessary and endorse to Management
