Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support in the following areas:

• Work in collaboration with test engineers and PCB designers to apply simulation methodologies and tools to verify and optimize PCB designs for all of ADI's business units
• Generate Verilog simulation testbench and models, initiate simulation, identify faults, and suggest PCB design improvements
• Perform signal and power integrity, thermal analysis on PCB designs
• Develops scripts in Python or other scripting language (Perl, Shell, TCL) to automate and enhance workflow
• Promote technical and personal growth through active participation in webinars, simulations classes and conferences

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science / Master's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering or related fields
• Good understanding on the fundamentals of electronic devices and circuit theory
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across engineering disciplines to solve problems
• Appetite for continuous learning
• Willing to travel abroad for events and trainings (as required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with schematic and layout tools, signal integrity, and power integrity analysis
• Experience with mixed signal circuit simulation and modelling
• Knowledge on PCB materials and stack-up
• Solid background on transmission line theory and in-depth knowledge of electromagnetics
• General knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Robust problem-solving skills with understanding of basic statistics concepts
• Familiarity with laboratory bench tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
• Familiarity with automated testing equipment
