Senior Expert- O2C AR COE
PURPOSE
The O2C Reporting and Automation Center of Expertise Senior Expert focuses on process automation and optimization for all the sub streams of the service centers and the local platforms. The scope covers reporting (developed through SQL Server), dashboard creation (Roipe, Tableau, PowerBI), Macros/SAP Script preparation, support RPA analysis and implementation. The role will be responsible for developing, deploying and publishing SSIS, SSRS and Tableau packages in the server. Moreover, the Reporting expert is expected to contribute to process improvements and cost reductions as well as in resolving issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders.

Your Task And Responsibilities

• Support Work Lead, Capability Expert and Capability Community Lead in global/regional operational topics coordination, monitor and follow up KPIs.
• Key contributor or drive global/regional process improvements/innovation/challenge the process and possibility of occasional travels.
• Support and flexibility to adapt to the future changes in the organizations related to processes/projects/activities /tasks etc.
• Effective communication and collaboration with team members, Work Lead, Capability Expert, Capability Community Lead, internal and external customers, global/local experts' networks, auditors and other GBS departments (S2P, FA&T, MACON, MDM, Quality, IA, OE).
• Engage in and/or leads process initiatives in global/local expert networks.
• Participate in global/ local expert networks telcos/meetings.
• Prepare and conduct trainings. Ensures knowledge retention by creating documentation and providing trainings.
• Keep the knowledge and/or support to the operative part to the team when is needed.
• Responsible for a concrete area in O2C regarding global process standards design and execution and its projects and innovations.

Who You Are

• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on IT/Finance. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience.
• Profound technical knowledge of SQL programming and developments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in Programming and MS Power Platform (UIPath, VBA, Office Add In, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Virtual Agents).
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly customer oriented.
• Advanced problem solving, critical thinking, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-country, virtual teams if needed.
• Ideally fluent English skills both in the spoken and written form, plus minimum C1 degree of competence local/regional language.

• LSS Yellow Belt certified or LSS Green Belt trained (nice to have)
• Knowledge in various statistical tools to solve problems, eliminate waste and variation and implement improvements through a structured lean management approach, thereby generating value.

• Experienced in leading a small project following a structured approach / methodology

Digital Transformation Advocate

• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (MS Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel)
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Working and building solutions with these tools is a plus
• Basic familiarity on low-code and no-code tools. Citing advantages and limitations of these tech is a plus
• Ability to come up with functional business requirements for digital solutions; applied design and gap analysis
• Having experience with AI tools is a plus
• Fundamental understanding of RPA, AI, automation workflow (Snow, Power Automate). Working and building solutions with these tools is a plus. Can cite examples of relevant tools
• Fundamental to intermediate understanding of data analytics. Can cite examples of working with data tools (MS Excel, MS PowerBI etc.)
• Fundamental working knowledge on process mining and task mining tools is a plus
