Job description:

  • Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements and timely renewal of permits, licenses and service agreements directly related to the managed property.
  • Formulate and ensure the strict implementation of the property security plan, while maintaining due courtesy to all unit owners, tenants, property management, workers and visitors of the property.
  • Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
  • Develop an annual Operating and Capital Expenditure budget for the property, considering all items requiring budget allocation.
  • Closely monitor collection of funds, disbursement of funds and the savings and current account balances of the funds of the property
  • Prepare a monthly year-to-date summary of actual revenues and expenses and compare these with the prepared budget.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Building/Property Management course
  • 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager preferably in Residential developments (Condominiums).
  • Detail-oriented and Strong customer engagement skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong / Taguig/ San Juan area
