Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and

monitoring of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase hotel visibility

and drive occupancy. This role involves digital and traditional marketing tasks, market

research, content creation, and coordination with external partners.

REQUIREMENTS

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality

Management, or related field.

 At least 1 year of experience in marketing or any related field.

 Proficient in MS Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva and Adobe

Photoshop is a plus)

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Creative thinker and detail-oriented.

 Knowledge in digital marketing (social media, SEO, email campaigns) is an

advantage.

 Can work with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Assist in implementing marketing campaigns and promotions (both online and

offline).

 Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and

digital content.

 Coordinate with advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners.

 Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic insights.

 Maintain an updated database of clients, guests, and media contacts.

 Help organize events, PR activities, and collaborations with influencers.

 Create basic content for email marketing.

 Provide administrative support to the sales team.

 Track and report campaign performance metrics to the Marketing manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
