The
Data Analyst
will provide high-level and in-depth data analysis to support Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) campaigns. This role focuses on interpreting campaign data, generating insights, and enabling data-driven decision making for marketing and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level and thorough data analysis for Existing Customer Marketing (ECM) campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance by collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Present campaign insights and computations clearly and concisely through reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with campaign teams and other business units to generate customer leads and track target campaign performance.
  • Develop dashboards for marketing teams and executives, serving as a one-stop view of customer status and campaign revenue performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in Data Visualization and Data Analysis
  • Proficient in programming languages for data analysis such as SQL,Python, and R
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of Statistics, Calculus, Probability, and/or Machine Learning is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of how data supports revenue growth and business generation.
  • Experience creating visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, ggplot, or similar platforms.
  • Open to a day shift schedule with a hybrid work setup in Makati.
