HIRING: Project-Based Civil Engineer — Tuy, Batangas (Long-term opportunity)

We're looking for a reliable Civil Engineer to supervise daily works at our Tuy, Batangas site. This role is project-based (estimated 360 working days / ~1 year) but with a pipeline of upcoming projects across Batangas and nearby provinces — we want someone who sees this as the start of a longer working relationship, not a one-off job.

Location: Tuy, Batangas

Duration: 1 year (approx. 360 working days) — with potential reassignment to future projects

Schedule: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (or as project demands)

Key Responsibilities

  • Full day-to-day supervision of site works and manpower.
  • Ensure quality of workmanship and adherence to approved plans and specs.
  • Coordinate deliveries, material checks, and site logistics.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Maintain discipline, safety, and site cleanliness.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
  • Minimum 1 year site supervision experience (construction projects).
  • Able to read and interpret architectural & structural plans.
  • Owns a motorcycle or reliable transport for site travel.
  • Honest, independent, and committed to longer-term engagement.
