Job Information

Job Description

Performs skilled tasks on a ship, including vessel navigation watchkeeping, steering, and operating deck machinery for cargo and mooring operations. They are also responsible for the maintenance and repair of the ship's deck, equipment, and overall appearance through activities like chipping, painting, and cleaning. Additionally, ABs must participate in emergency drills and manage safety equipment, including lifeboats, and are essential in ensuring the safe and smooth operation of a vessel.

Skills and Qualifications:

AT LEAST 18 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE AS ABLE SEAMAN

WITH OR WITHOUT VALID US VISA

HOLDING VALID DOCUMENTS

MUST HAVE ATOT AND ATCT CERTIFICATE
