Job Description

We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our showroom and ensure smooth business performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining operational standards, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and manage branch operations to achieve sales targets and profitability.


• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales performance.


• Monitor store inventory, product displays, and overall showroom upkeep.


• Implement company policies, promotions, and sales strategies within the branch.


• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and customer feedback.


• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive brand experience.


• Coordinate with the Head Office for operational and marketing support.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).


• At least 1–5 years of retail or sales management experience (preferably furniture or related industry is an advantage).


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and goal-focused.


• Ability to handle operational challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
