This position is primarily responsible for gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements from the Business Units for a Digital product/service, in the process bridging the gap between Tech and the Business in delivering Digital Products/Services.

Perform in-depth business analysis to identify issues, opportunities, and digital solutions for business units.

Work closely with the Content Service UX/UI designer to define requirements for high-fidelity mockups during Design Sprints.

Create and refine the product backlog based on insights gathered from business units.

Collaborate with the project management officer/supervisor to define project scope and estimate the required sprints for requirement gathering and analysis.

Present the product backlog to business units and secure necessary approvals before moving into development.

Assist business units in visualizing future processes and adapting their workflows to align with upcoming digital transformations.

Provide detailed system design elements, including data migration rules, business logic, wireframes, and other key deliverables.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Graduate of a degree or higher in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Experience(s):

At least with 0-2 years Business Analyst experience or related.

Specific Knowledge:

Statistical analysis, data preparation, knowledgeable in tools like Tableau/Power BI, and dashboard design.

Advanced querying, and database design principles.

RESTful principles, API design, API integration, and data formats.

Core cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

BPMN understanding, process mapping, and process analysis.

Data types, control structures, and functions.
