Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • 2-3 years in similar position
  • Male or Female
  • Good human relations
  • Analytical & keen to detail
  • Good in oral & written communications
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to work long hours and under pressure

Primarily responsible for processing checks for payments to the suppliers.

  1. Prepares checks based on approved APVs and Requests for Payment.

  2. Checks completeness of attached documents of APV's and RFP before preparing checks.

  3. Computes/process commissions of Sports external instructors.

  4. Computes/process Ballboys, Hitting Partners and Coaches under Agency.

  5. Assist the AP Accountant in the preparation of Cash Position Report.

  6. Assist the AP Accountant in the preparation of Bank LOA.

  7. Ensures that Suppliers are paid on a timely manner,

  8. In-charge of printing of Certificate of Withholding Tax needed by the Suppliers.

  9. Ensures that RFP are processed based on the time indicated on the form.

  10. In-charge of Checks Releasing.

  11. Post all Check payments to IFCA once checks are released to suppliers/payees.

  12. Reconciles accrued liabilities of No. 3 & 4 vs. General Ledger balances.

  13. Scans the Suppliers Invoices and Official Receipts before record keeping.

  14. In-charge of safe keeping paid CV's and unreleased Checks in a complete and current status.

  15. Assist the AP Accountant in the preparation of Vat Returns.

Performs other duties as assigned by the superior.
