Job Description

As a Senior Search Engine Optimization Strategist, you will support and lead SEO initiatives across multiple clients-driving keyword research, site audits, content strategy, and link-building efforts. You'll collaborate closely with creative, development, and content teams to develop scalable SEO solutions that increase organic visibility and long-term growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Proven 5+ years SEO experience with a strong track record of increasing organic traffic and conversions.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, SEO best practices, and inbound methodologies.
• In-depth experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics), including goals, ecommerce tracking, and custom reporting. Google Analytics Certification preferred.
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Vignette).
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Jira, etc.).
• Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent project management capability and strong time management skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building ability.

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform ongoing keyword research and deliver targeting and metadata recommendations using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Analytics, etc.
• Audit sites for opportunities and deliver prioritized recommendations on technical fixes, content improvements, and link strategies.
• Research and analyze competitor content and link profiles.
• Audit Google Business Profiles and implement updates, citation building, NAP consistency checks, and monthly optimizations.
• Recommend improvements to site architecture, content, internal linking, and other ranking factors.
• Conduct monthly SEO reporting and insight analysis.
• Support senior SEO leadership in developing and executing SEO strategies and tactical plans.
