□ Job Summary:

Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for all construction projects. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, issuing purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

□ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/sub-contractors via competitive bidding.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure best value for the company.
  • Collaborate with project teams and cost engineers to define needs and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Develop and execute project procurement plans and issue purchase orders/sub-contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance, expedite deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues or delays.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

□ Qualification and Experience


• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.


• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS, CPSCM) are desirable.


• Familiarity with procurement laws, regulations, and industry best practices.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and expediting, preferably in construction


• Proven track record of managing procurement processes and expediting activities.


• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

□ Preferred Skills


• Strong understanding of procurement principles, practices, and strategies.


• Proficient in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).


• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.


• Familiarity with expediting techniques and tools.


• Knowledge of project management and cost control principles.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
