Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Technology with a major in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical or has Completed two (2) years of technology courses.
  • With at least two (2) years of experience in a semiconductor or electronics company.
  • Experienced in online sustaining and machine troubleshooting, particularly in areas such as:_ Wire bond , Die attach Mold or Test operations _is an advantage
