Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila for a Reservations Sales Agent. The Reservations Sales Agent will handle customer inquiries, process travel reservations, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing bookings, assisting clients with their travel plans, performing receptionist duties, and contributing to sales efforts. Ensuring customer satisfaction will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in handling Reservations, including booking systems and travel arrangements
  • Experience with Receptionist Duties to manage front-line interactions and administrative tasks
  • Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and identify opportunities to offer additional services
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and booking tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Filipino, with additional language skills being beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus
