Business Systems Analyst / Infrastructure Systems Administrator / Data Center Administrator (Entry Level – Fresh Graduate UAAP)

Location: Quezon City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000 + Competitive Benefits

We are looking for fresh graduates, preferably from UAAP universities, who are eager to start their career in IT. Multiple entry-level positions are open for dynamic and passionate individuals who want to build their expertise in IT operations and infrastructure.

1. Business Systems Analyst (IT Operations Specialist – BSA)

The role is to help enable the company to make operations more efficient through technology while managing and securing information systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent
  • Experience in using any business software such as Microsoft applications
  • At least one (1) year of experience in an IT-related job (fresh graduates may still apply)
  • Experience in ERP, Point-of-Sales systems (Retail or Hospitality Industries) is a plus
  • Experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics Software is a plus
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, creativity, good communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate for work, team player, and flexible

2. Infrastructure Systems Administrator (IT Operations Specialist – Infrastructure)

This role focuses on supporting and managing IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency, security, and reliability of company systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related course (Engineering, Computer Science, IT)
  • Knowledgeable in common hardware and software systems used in IT
  • Familiarity with network hardware, software, and security appliances
  • Strong knowledge in network administration and troubleshooting
  • Good communication skills, team player, flexible, and passionate for work

3. Data Center Administrator

Responsible for managing and securing data center systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any IT-related course (Engineering, Computer Science, IT)
  • Knowledgeable in common hardware and software systems used in IT
  • Familiarity with network hardware, software, and security appliances
  • Strong knowledge in network administration and troubleshooting
  • Flexible, with good communication skills, team player, and passionate for work
