Responsibilities

  • Research fashion trends, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to the Philippine market.
  • Create seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and target customers.
  • Develop sketches, moodboards and production programs.
  • Work closely with the merchandiser and sourcing team to ensure designs meet cost and margin requirements.
  • Oversee sample development, fittings, and revisions until approval.
  • Prepare detailed technical packs for production (construction details, measurements, fabric/trim specs).
  • Ensure designs are commercially viable, on-trend, and produced on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Clothing Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in women's RTW design (underwear/fashion retail background is a plus).
  • Strong sketching and digital design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Corel).
  • Knowledge of pattern-making and garment construction
