DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:

A. Pagpapanatili ng Sasakyan

ü Siguraduhing malinis at maayos ang mga sasakyan bago magsimula ang pagkarga.

ü Siyasatin at panatilihing nasa mabuting kondisyon ang gasolina, langis ng makina, gulong, ilaw at preno ng mga sasakyan.

ü Ang mga cellular phone ay ganap na naka-charge bago bumiyahe

ü Iulat ang anumang mga pagkaantala, aksidente, pangyayari sa trapiko o anumang sitwasyon sa paglalakbay sa Maintenance Team

ü Sa kaso ng mga kaso ng emergency sa paglalakbay, siguraduhin mong palitan ang mga gulong, bombilya, piyus, chain ng gulong o spark plug kung kinakailangan

B. Kaligtasan ng Stocks

ü Suriin ang mga iskedyul ng paghahatid at ang bilang ng mga paghahatid sa Itinerary Schedule bilang batayan para sa buong araw na mga transaksyon sa paghahatid.

ü Suriin ang lahat ng mga item bago i-unload sa trak.

ü E assist ang iyong mga pahinante sa pag u unload ng mga cargo sa truck

ü I-verify ang mga item sa Delivery Receipts/Invoice bago i-unload sa trak.

ü Responsable sa paghahatid at pagbabawas ng lahat ng mga item mula sa mga trak sa kani-kanilang mga kliyente.

ü Mga koleksyon

ü Present at mga bill/resibo/ anumang bayad sa koleksyon para sa mga item na ihahatid at kasabay nito ay tiyakin ang wastong pagpapalabas ng PR/OR sa kani-kanilang mga kliyente.

ü Ipadala nang maayos sa opisina ang lahat ng mga resibo at anumang mga dokumento sa paghahatid na natanggap mula sa mga transaksyon sa paghahatid.

ü Suriin ang lahat ng mga detalye sa nakolektang tseke tulad ng petsa, halaga kung tama at may lagda

ü Siguraduhin na ang lahat ng mga dokumento sa paghahatid ay kinokolekta at mahusay na kinikilala ng kliyente bago umalis sa lugar

ü Magpakita ng mabuti at wastong relasyon/kasanayan sa customer service sa bawat kliyente

ü Iulat ang kasalukuyang lokasyon at bilis ng paglalakbay, kung mayroon man sa Logistics

ü Anumang mga gawain na itinalaga ng pamamahala tulad ng pagiging driver ng pamamahala kung itinuring na kinakailangan at kung walang mga iskedyul ng paghahatid para sa araw.
