Client Relationship Manager
Site: Manila, Philippines
Reporting to: Senior Account Director

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
As a Client Relationship Manager, you are responsible for managing client relationships within your assigned portfolio to ensure exceptional service delivery, achievement of business targets, and identification of growth opportunities. You act as a trusted partner to clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver consistent value.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including decision-makers and senior leaders.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams—including HR, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance—to ensure solutions align with client objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes for clients.
Performance and Compliance Management
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance targets, and contractual requirements.
- Support and maintain commercial governance frameworks to meet audit and compliance standards.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on client performance, renewal activities, risks, and strategic initiatives.
Revenue Growth and Sales Enablement
- Contribute to achieving revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction goals.
- Identify and recommend upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.
- Assist in preparing business cases, proposals, and presentations for new or expanded engagements.
- Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes as needed.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role within the BPO industry (preferred).
- Proven experience managing client portfolios and supporting business growth.
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, service delivery, or sales processes.
