Job Title:

  • Finance & Admin Senior Consultant (Urgent Hiring)

Work Setup and location

  • Hybrid in Taguig
  • Night Shift Schedule

Salary Package:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as the primary contact for client enquiries, requests and ad hoc projects
  • Function as a senior member who is able to coach and mentor junior members of the team
  • Supports project teams in order to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with standard project methodology, ensure speedy and accurate reporting
  • Identify special techniques and approaches that will be required within the project and improve efficiency
  • Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools
  • Facilitate the alignment of the project portfolio with the business strategy and objectives
  • Subject Matter Expert in area of work
  • Document, update and store OPMs or work instructions in respective sites
  • Perform duties as documented in the OPMs/work instructions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably Accounting/ Finance/Business Management
  • At least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills and keen analytical ability and attention to details
  • Has an experience leading or mentoring junior team members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
  • Stay in the project/team for at least 2 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24, Php28,000.00 per month
