The Opportunity

Corporate Visions Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team based in the vibrant Cebu IT Park. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base, handling inbound inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information in our systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programmes to continuously enhance your customer service skills

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries and concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our clients
