Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB Developer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and managing highly scalable database solutions using Azure Cosmos DB, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust NoSQL and relational database solutions for enterprise-level projects.

What You'll Need

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cosmos DB (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of NoSQL database design and optimization
  • Background in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) preferred
  • Experience working with AWS (Associate-level certification required)

Certifications Required

  • Must Have: AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator)
  • Preferred / Must Have: DP-300 (Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure)
  • AWS Associate-level Certification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in database development and administration
  • Ability to work in hybrid setups and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure Cosmos DB solutions for enterprise projects
  • Optimize database performance and ensure high availability
  • Implement security, backup, and recovery processes
  • Integrate NoSQL and relational database solutions into existing architectures
  • Collaborate with application developers and architects to meet project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and certification standards

Work Setup & Location

  • Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite per week)
  • Hours: 45 hours per week
  • Location: Mandaluyong
