Finance and Admin Assistant

Job Summary: The Finance and Administrative Assistant provides support to the finance and operations teams by handling basic accounting tasks, administrative duties, and office coordination. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Duties
Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and filing
Prepare and process expense reports, petty cash, and reimbursements
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed
Assist with compliance requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGU filings)
Administrative Duties
Provide general administrative support (filing, documentation, scheduling)
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
Handle email and phone correspondence professionally
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
Support HR-related admin tasks (employee records, timesheets, payroll support)
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars when required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Familiarity with Philippine statutory requirements is an advantage
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and time-management skills
Able to work independently and handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
