Commis Chef

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Helps ensure that the section is set prior to opening
• Accomplishes all the necessary logs and paper works to be filled out on the start of the day, end of night and all other necessary forms
• Works toward becoming a competent member of the team
• Ensure that the quality of their work is in line with the restaurant goals and is continuously evolving and improving
• Demonstrates interest in guest reviews and shares ideas for improvement with the team
• Being present and understanding daily staff briefings and adheres to what has been discussed
• Communicating any positives and negatives with the direct supervisor and fellow staff members
• Works towards improvements discussed during performance reviews Maintains a pace of service that supports the timely delivery of service Practices proper equipment use, standards and tasks
• Welcomes customers and assists in any questions that they may have Assists in restocking shelves, putting away deliveries and arranging displays as neede
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment Helps servers and runners when necessary

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
