DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helps ensure that the section is set prior to opening
- Accomplishes all the necessary logs and paper works to be filled out on the start of the day, end of night and all other necessary forms
- Works toward becoming a competent member of the team
- Ensure that the quality of their work is in line with the restaurant goals and is continuously evolving and improving
- Demonstrates interest in guest reviews and shares ideas for improvement with the team
- Being present and understanding daily staff briefings and adheres to what has been discussed
- Communicating any positives and negatives with the direct supervisor and fellow staff members
- Works towards improvements discussed during performance reviews Maintains a pace of service that supports the timely delivery of service Practices proper equipment use, standards and tasks
- Welcomes customers and assists in any questions that they may have Assists in restocking shelves, putting away deliveries and arranging displays as neede
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment Helps servers and runners when necessary
