About the role

RRJ is seeking a dedicated and organized Stockman to join our team in TAYTAY PUREGOLD Rizal. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and organization of our retail stock, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely product replenishment. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be crucial in supporting the smooth operations of our store.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive, unpack, and properly store incoming stock deliveries
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records
  • Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
  • Assist with product merchandising and display setup as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service by helping customers locate products
  • Support the retail team with various tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or stock management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
