Role Summary

As a Cashier or Team Member, you'll be the friendly face greeting customers, accurately processing their orders and payments, and ensuring a smooth, pleasant experience from start to finish.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement & Order Processing - warmly greet customers, take accurate orders, and process them through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
  • Cash Handling & Payment Processing - manage transactions across cash, credit/debit cards, gift cards, and mobile payments. Issue receipts and ensure correct change or transaction totals are given.
  • Cleanliness & Work Area Maintenance - maintain a neat, organized cashier station. Restock supplies and ensure overall tidiness.
  • Customer Service - address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide prompt, polite assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cash Drawer Reconciliation - reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift to maintain accuracy and accountability.
