Main Function

Ensure execution of 52–week Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for all equipment and devices as per Scope of work (SOW) under Service Level Agreement (SLA) with complete manning complement and resources.

General Responsibilities

  • Adhere to OCS company rules and regulations (CRR) and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Adhere to OCS HSE regulations and SOP.
  • Prepare the 52-week planned preventive maintenance schedule for approval of client.
  • Ensure execution of corrective maintenance as per workorder in a professional manner within agreed SLA and response time.
  • Ensure all statutory and government rules and regulations are being adhered to within the scope of work being undertaken.
  • Comply with client/project EHS regulations and SOP.
  • Conduct the toolbox meeting per shift for safety and operation updates and turnover.
  • Ensure all post are properly manned and complete.
  • Perform other job-related duties as maybe assigned by respective superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS/KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Must be a Licensed Engineer.
  • Experience in Handling & Troubleshooting of HVAC & Refrigeration Systems
  • With at least 2 years' experience as Facilities Supervisor / Engineer.
  • No Criminal and derogatory record.
  • Has good communications skills in dealing with co-workers/peers, superiors, and  client.
  • Possess good manners and right conduct with integrity.
  • Must be physically fit with good grooming.
  • Must be mentally active.
