Position Overview:

In charge of handling and recovering outstanding payments from customers on the company's behalf.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining efficiency. When necessary, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Recognize opportunities to retain customers by presenting alternative solutions, promoting special offers, or recommending service upgrades tailored to their needs.
  • Follow all regulatory and company policies related to customer privacy, data security, and compliance requirements.
