SOLAIRE RESORT & ENTERTAINMENT CITY  Functional Job Responsibilities: · Actively participate development plans and performance review of department. · Ensure that work techniques, quality assurance standards, department policies and procedures and job specification are adhered to. · Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures. · Maintain a clean work environment. · Adhere to key maintenance parameters such as PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc. · Utilize the property maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an emphasis on predictive and preventive maintenance. · Recommends improvements on equipment operations, resolution to maintenance -related problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards. · Recommend programs, procedures and identify opportunities to decrease costs and increase service levels. · Maintain and repair maintenance shop equipment. · Maintain tools and equipment functional by using them accurately. · Perform regular area and equipment inspections. · Coordinate to the Manager, Mechanical after every maintenance activity. · Actively participate in regular meetings. · Raise concerns on skills gap, tools and equipment and procedures so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost -effective manner. · Role model in maintaining safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. · Adhere to safety program for the maintenance department; safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all. · Ensure proper usage of materials, spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment. · Perform other duties as requested. Function 1 · Performs inspection and maintenance related tasks requiring ascending and descending · Stairs, Bending, Reaching and Working at Heights Function 2 · Performs job requiring proper wearing of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary.
