Your Role:Virtual Assistant (Admin Support)
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and email management
  • Support internal teams by clearly communicating project updates and directions
  • Monitor and manage tasks using project management tools
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and responses to maintain workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and operational needs
What You Need:
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or similar administrative role (any industry)
  • Experience in the automotive industry (not required but a plus)
  • Highly fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
  • Available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (9 AM – 5 PM ET)
  • Consistently responsive and actively available throughout the workday
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with quick turnaround expectations
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar)
