Remote Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remote Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys working with numbers.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Enter all invoices into the accounting system and prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.

    • Invoice clients upon order completion and make collection contacts on a routine basis.

    • Issue past-due notices and statements and assist with year-end financial statements.

    • Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions and perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Team.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Related bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

    • Experience in US GAAP and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

    • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

    • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
