HR / Admin Assistant

Job Description
The HR / Admin Assistant provides support in HR processes and general administrative tasks. This role assists in recruitment coordination, employee records management, and office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities (posting, screening coordination, interview scheduling)
- Maintain employee files and HR record
- Assist in onboarding and basic HR documentation
- Support timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and HR reports
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, coordination, office support)
- Assist in coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Perform other HR and admin-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related course
- At least 1–2 years experience in HR or administrative work
- Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willing to learn and grow in an HR role
