Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial documents such as ledgers, invoices, and receipts
  • Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Monitor and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • with CPAs license
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
  • Familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
