Maintenance Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Assist the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the performance and upkeep the maintenance of each stations condition

1. Initiates, executes, and ensures the completion of the maintenance in each station Assists in responding to accidents or incidents in the station to mitigate, control, and reduce harmful impact to people, assets, and environment

2. Initiates requisition of station related requirements on maintenance supplies and materials, pump parts and equipment and other station materials.

3. Responds to all service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely and professional

manner

1. Inspect the property to insure that all is in order and Service Manager is aware of any maintenance or safety issues

2. Timely completion of work order requests and in accordance with company policies and procedures

3. Provide and schedule preventive maintenance work on each station

4. Report to immediate supervisor any problems and/or issues relating to safety or management of the property

5. Assist Maintenance Manager in analyzing quotation given by technical or any third party and ensures efficient repair schedule with proper repair cost estimates before and endorsement to retail

6. Coordinate maintenance issues such as pump and mechanical concerns especially those problems that disrupt station operation

7. Implement safety policies and procedures for the maintenance team

8. Participate in coordinating schedules with retail department for repairs and visit of the stations conducted by any third party maintenance staff

9. Assist the Maintenance Manager in the following aspects in: (a) Pump concerns on parts, mechanical and electronic); (b) Mechanical concerns (piping and underground tasks); (c)

Electrical fixtures, signage and others; (d) Civil structures pertaining to station's appearance and performance

1. All other task assigned from time to time

Education and Work Experience Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

2. Must have at least 2-3 years work experience in related field Knowlegable in preventive maintenance activities and frequency.

3.Well-versed in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and other machinery/equipment actitivites.

4.With excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients

5.Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

6.Must be organized and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

7.Must be people-oriented and an effective communicator to all levels in the oganization.

8.Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.

9.Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
