JOB OBJECTIVES:

To be able to provide quality care to patients in terms of handling medical records, front-end customer service and back end administrative duties adhering to Myhealth standard procedures to ensure smooth delivery of patient services.

GENERAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficiency in basic computer operations (Microsoft Office).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented with attention to detail.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of records management, customer service principles, nursing processes, and medical instruments.
  • Experience with clinic systems and databases.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT:

  • Graduate of any 4-year medical-allied course.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS:

  • None

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
