What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive reviews and audits to assess the company's compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and internal policies
  • Developing and implementing robust compliance frameworks, processes and procedures to mitigate identified risks
  • Providing expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on compliance-related matters
  • Monitoring industry developments and regulatory changes, and proactively updating compliance strategies accordingly
  • Delivering engaging compliance training and awareness programs to educate employees on their obligations
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization
  • Maintaining detailed compliance records and preparing management reports on the company's compliance status

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as an SAQ Officer or in a similar compliance role, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Thorough understanding of industry standards, regulations and best practices applicable to the telecommunications sector
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and educate at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software and data analysis tools
  • A proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative approach to work
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk management, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
