Job Description:

● All around Maintenance Technician

● Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.

● Capability to operate and maintain following Electro-Mechanical equipment, machines and facilities Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed

  • Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)

  • Generator Set

  • Laundry Equipment

  • Sum Pit Pumps

  • Fire Protection Control Room

  • Ducting System

  • Filtration System

  • Heater System

  • Fire Detection and Alarm System

  • HVAC

  • Water Treatment Facility (Reverse Osmosis)

● Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

● Advanced knowledge in welding, masonry and carpentry tools and materials, electrical works and materials

● Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs

● Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems

● Test the functionality of the facility's safety systems

● Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions

● Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress

Required:

  • Related degree from a technical college is preferred
  • Previous working experience as a Maintenance Worker for 3 years
  • Hands-on experience with hand and electrical tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
