Radius Architecture is seeking an experienced Design Architect to lead complex planning and design development across multiple project types. The role focuses on transforming design intent, spatial strategy, and programmatic requirements into clear, functional, and buildable architectural plans. The Design Architect plays a key role in feasibility analysis, spatial organization, and planning refinement, ensuring design clarity from early studies through development stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive site, program, and feasibility studies across various project types.
  2. Analyze constraints such as site conditions, spatial efficiency, circulation logic, and development potential.
  3. Develop zoning, adjacency, circulation, and spatial hierarchy studies for complex building programs.
  4. Translate design intent, spatial concepts, and emotional tone into clear, functional, and buildable architectural plans.
  5. Lead iterative planning revisions with precision and clarity.
  6. Ensure spatial rhythm, proportion, and flow balance functional and emotional requirements.
  7. Prepare and Coordinate planning outputs for handover to designated teams.
  8. Maintain planning integrity by minimizing unnecessary complexity and refining layouts judiciously.

Experience:

  1. Licensed Architect preferably or equivalent to Senior-Level Architect.
  2. Five (5) to Seven (7) Years Working Experience in Large Scale Design Development and Planning Projects.
  3. Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCad, Lumion and other Design Application.
  4. Familiarity with Commercial Complex, Parking Structures, Hospitality and Institutional Projects.
  5. Expertise in Circulation, Adjacency, and Zoning Studies.
  6. Comfortable handling multiple and diverse project types and timelines.
