About the role
As an Information Security Manager at MOVATE PHILIPPINES INC., you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's information assets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila.What you'll be doing
Security Audit Management: Over 8 years of experience in security audits (ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1 & 2, PCI DSS). Audit Preparation & Execution: Preparing control owners, reviewing evidence, testing control effectiveness, presenting to auditors, and planning audits. Security Controls Expertise: Ensuring compliance with SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI DSS, verifying evidence accuracy and completeness.
Stakeholder Communication: Leading meetings with control owners and auditors, explaining control requirements. Risk & Compliance: Identifying security risks, ensuring compliance (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR), and managing security exceptions. Business Continuity & Risk Assessment: Facilitating risk assessments, business continuity planning, and business impact analysis.
Internal Audits & Reporting: Conducting internal ISMS and BCMS audits, preparing reports, and recommending security improvements. What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in managing security audits such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCI DSS.Hands-on experience with security technologies. Experience in managing internal audits for information security and business continuity. Ability to perform technical audits independently.
Strong knowledge of risk management, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2. Proficiency with cybersecurity products. Proactive and assertive attitude, able to manage the portfolio independently.
