Key responsibilities:

  • Perform general admin duties
  • Liaise with the warehouse team for packing, inventory and other warehouse related matters
  • Coordination with various department to support the daily logistics and distribution operations
  • Communicate and liaise with various internal and external parties pertaining to incoming and outgoing shipments/orders
  • Ensure orders and documents are efficiently posted and filed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Preferably with Logistics/Warehouse/Transportation-related qualification
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics
  • Good working experience in Warehouse Management System
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with working knowledge in MS Excel
  • Able to multi task on daily operational responsibilities in deadline driven environment
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (half day only)
  • Work location: Pulilan, Bulacan
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,300.00 per month
