DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop backend services from scratch to support core business functions and system requirements.
  • Build and maintain APIs and server-side logic to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications and external systems.
  • Apply knowledge of software architecture and design patterns to improve scalability, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile or Waterfall methodologies throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Continuously enhance technical and professional skills through certifications and ongoing learning.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to work requirements, including occasional tasks outside standard business hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Software Engineering or Backend Development.
  • Foundational knowledge of server-side programming, database design, and API development.
  • Familiar with modern backend technologies and frameworks such as Java and Spring boot.
  • Ability to work with databases MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development methodologies Agile or Waterfall.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with a positive work attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional work outside standard business hours.
  • Relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
