Architectural PIC

About the role

China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp. is seeking an experienced Architectural PIC to join our team in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you will play a crucial role in driving our design and architectural projects forward.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
• Leading a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop innovative solutions
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to the team, as well as mentoring and developing junior architects
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective project delivery

What we're looking for

• Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural PIC or in a similar senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from start to finish
• Excellent technical skills and in-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
